Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd. is hiring a Junior Engineering Technologist in Swindon, offering hands-on training across product development, testing and CAD work. You will work with experienced engineers and the Managing Director, gradually taking on more responsibility as your skills grow.

The ideal candidate is a technically minded graduate or junior engineer with 1–5 years of experience, strong maths, and a willingness to learn. Office-based with travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or Mathematics (essential).
• 1–5 years of experience, graduates considered.
• Strong maths skills and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on training across product development, testing and engineering.
• Technical problem-solving, diagnostics and data analysis.
• CAD work and technical documentation.
• Working closely with experienced engineers, with long-term progression opportunities.
