Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd in Swindon seeks a Junior Engineering Technologist for an office-based role with some travel. You will receive extensive hands-on training across product development, testing and engineering.

Ideal candidates are graduates in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Physics or Mathematics with strong maths, a problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn. Salary £35,000-£45,000 plus pension and 25 days holiday.

Junior Engineering Technologist

Swindon - Office Based with Some Travel

Are you a graduate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or Mathematics looking to develop your career in a hands-on technical role? Do you have strong mathematical skills, a problem-solving mindset and a desire to learn?

The company has almost 30 years of experience producing specialist fibre optic connectivity products and has recently been acquired by a FTSE 250-listed international group. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Development Engineer to join their team.

You will work closely with experienced engineers and the Managing Director, receiving training across product development, testing, CAD and technical problem-solving, with increasing responsibility as your skills develop.

This role would suit a technically minded graduate or junior engineer with 1-5 years of experience, although recent graduates with strong technical aptitude will also be considered.
