In this hands-on role within our Marine & Naval projects area, you’ll assemble, configure, and test electronic products (primarily vessel-based CCTV systems) to meet customer specifications, working closely with engineers and project managers. Starting with close supervision, you’ll build the skills to take ownership of tasks and support project delivery.

The position is full-time, 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

  • Assemble and test electronic systems to industry/ military standards.
  • Track progress and communicate with engineers/ project managers
  • Maintain detailed records of testing, faults and repairs
  • Maintain a clean and organised workshop
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.
Qualifications / Required Skills
  • Practical, hands-on technical aptitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
  • Basic workshop and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and ability to work in a team.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with PCB’s, computers and network systems.
  • Knowledge of CCTV or video systems.
  • Soldering experience and IPC certification.
