Job summary

ZENOVO is seeking a motivated Graduate Electronics Engineer to join an established engineering team in Northamptonshire, on-site only. The role offers a salary of £30,000 – £35,000 plus benefits and a clear path to hands-on experience across development, testing and validation of electronic systems.

The successful graduate will contribute to practical electronics projects, work with experienced engineers, and gain exposure from initial development through to testing and validation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Good understanding of analogue and digital electronics.
• Interest in practical electronics, testing and problem-solving.
• Some programming or scripting knowledge would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Strong analytical and team-oriented approach.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, testing and validation of electronic systems and components.
• Assist with setting up equipment and carrying out technical tests and measurements.
• Help investigate hardware issues and fault-finding activities.
• Collect, analyse and document test results to support engineering decisions.
• Assist with improving testing processes and technical procedures.
• Work with engineers across disciplines to support ongoing projects.
• Produce clear technical documentation and reports.
• Support the integration and evaluation of electronic hardware and systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities and development of engineering solutions.

You'll work alongside experienced engineers, building your technical skills and contributing to projects from initial development through to testing and validation.
