Job summary

Red Bull Racing & Technology is seeking a Junior Electrical Systems Engineer to install and integrate electrical and electronic systems across our race car and equipment, ensuring reliable performance for the engineering teams.

You will specify and fit wiring harnesses and components, investigate faults, support reliability projects, monitor design releases, and help develop drawing standards while maintaining meticulous records and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD routing and electrical systems installation.
• Mechanical installation experience is required.
• Strong design planning and task management skills.
• Ability to create and maintain engineering documentation and standards.
• Proven fault-finding in electrical/electronic systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Specify, design and install on-car and off-car wiring harnesses, assemblies and associated components.
• Investigate and resolve electrical system faults.
• Support reliability, development and improvement projects across the Electronics team.
• Monitor design releases and workflows, ensuring engineering changes are progressed effectively.
• Contribute to the development of drawing standards, design processes and departmental best practices.
• Maintain accurate engineering records and system transactions whilst ensuring high standards of health, safety and housekeeping.
