Base pay range

Junior Electrical Design Engineer job, London, £25-32k, design of buildings, building services consultancy.

We are a London-based design consultancy offering expertise in Building Services, Sustainability, and Acoustics. Your new role

You will need to design calculations and assist with projects through a hands-on approach from inception through to completion. Pro-activeness in understanding new industry ideas and developments in line with my client's forward-thinking approach. Supporting the preparation of feasibility studies, project design, contract administration, site surveys. Attend client meetings with senior engineers. Developing and implementing project-based technical standards. Supporting business development. Support more senior engineers and develop your own technical knowledge.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for an ideal candidate with a Degree in Electrical Design Engineering or industry equivalent who must have a minimum of 1 year of UK building services design experience, basic building services consultancy experience, basic knowledge/experience of AMTECH software. Good experience using AutoCAD to produce drawings and calculations, feasibility reports, design specifications.
