Job summary

The Recruitment Group is seeking a Junior Digital eLearning Content Designer in Oxford. This remote/hybrid, temporary full-time role focuses on creating and maintaining engaging digital learning content within a purpose-driven organisation.

Ideal candidates are early in their career, open to feedback, and eager to grow hands-on experience using industry-standard authoring tools and accessibility principles in a supportive hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or similar).
• Understanding of SCORM and learning management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and structured approach to content.
