You will be part of our eCommerce Trading team, responsible for managing the performance of several retail categories across Future’s leading websites. This involves collaborating with Editorial, Business Intelligence, and Product Development teams to maximize value from each retailer and site.

What you'll be doing...

You will develop a detailed understanding of the eCommerce and affiliate landscape, including purchase funnels, user acquisition, and retailer management. Training will include using reporting and data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and retailer dashboards.

The role focuses on interpreting data to prioritize content updates for brands and guiding teams to adhere to best practices from a consumer perspective, ensuring product display and presentation are optimal.

Experience that'll put you ahead of the curve...

• Experience in a similar eCommerce or retail role, or transferable skills.
• Highly organized with an analytical mindset.
• Proficiency with software platforms like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; additional platforms are a plus.
• An interest or experience in Digital Merchandising.
• Experience in presenting and articulating ideas to stakeholders and teams.

This is a hybrid role based in our London Office, working three days in the office and two from home.
