Elizabeth Scarlett Ltd. is seeking a Junior Digital Designer to join our close-knit, purpose-led team. You will craft on-brand visuals across digital and print, helping scale a growing lifestyle brand focused on nature and conservation.

You’ll work with senior creatives, develop brand identities, and explore automation and AI-assisted workflows to make design processes smarter while delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a design role.
• Strong portfolio with brand and digital work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
• Meticulous attention to detail and high-quality output.
• Curious about AI, automation, and smarter workflows.
• Able to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt high-quality, on-brand creative across brand, print, digital, e-commerce, email and social.
• Support campaign development with design, product and content teams.
• Prepare artwork for digital and print production with accuracy.
• Help evolve the Elizabeth Scarlett visual identity.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
