Elizabeth Scarlett is seeking a Junior Designer to join our small, close-knit creative team and help scale a purpose-led brand. With 1–2 years of design experience and a strong portfolio, you'll work across brand, print, digital, e-commerce, email and social to deliver high-quality on-brand work.

We value curiosity about automation and AI-assisted design tools, and you should be eager to experiment, improve workflows, and collaborate with product and content teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt high-quality, on-brand creative across brand, print, digital, e-commerce, email and social.
• Support campaign development across design, product and content collaborating with wider teams.
• Prepare artwork for digital and print production, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Work within and help evolve the Elizabeth Scarlett visual identity.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, streamline processes and improve efficiency.
