Job summary

Elizabeth Scarlett Ltd. is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join a creative, purpose-led brand. You’ll craft on-brand digital and print materials, collaborate with the team and help scale design across campaigns, packaging and content.

The role reports to Senior Creative, with a hybrid setup—2 days a week in Potters Bar—and a full-time employment arrangement. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years’ design experience, a keen eye for typography and layout, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in graphic design or digital design.
• A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, design thinking and visual style.

Responsibilities

• Create beautiful, on-brand design across digital, print, e-commerce, email, social and brand communications.
• Design assets for campaigns, concepts and visual stories that capture the brand.
• Prepare artwork for digital and print production, ensuring production-ready files.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to evolve the brand’s visual identity.
