Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills and a good standard of English.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and software testing.
• Competence with Web development.
• Awareness of secure by design practices.
• Desire to keep up to date with technology changes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience or interest in working within Agile methodologies.
• Business awareness, understanding how your work helps customers.

Responsibilities

• Evolve our current platform by developing new features and enhancing existing ones.
• Identify and resolve any issues to ensure smooth functionality.
• Work within Agile squads to deliver project goals in a timely manner.
• Engage in ongoing learning to improve your skills and overall performance based on set targets.
• Participate in peer code reviews with clear explanations.
• Investigate and track down bugs, creating resolutions.
• Accurately record issues, features, and business requirements.
• Adapt to working with multiple priorities that can change regularly.
• Actively participate in team sessions such as Backlog Refinements, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives etc.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
