Job summary

Chelsea FC is seeking a Junior Designer to support the Sponsorship department by preparing sales presentations, collating images, and producing branded materials for partnership proposals. You will work with the Men's and Women's Commercial teams to reflect Chelsea FC brand guidelines in pitch materials.

You will use PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite to craft visually compelling materials, maintain the image bank, ensure consistency with brand standards, and help deliver high-quality assets

Qualifications

• Proven agency or in-house design experience.
• Proficient in PowerPoint as main design platform.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Commitment to Chelsea FC brand guidelines.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce branded presentation materials for high-stakes partnership proposals.
• Use PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite to create visually compelling pitch materials and presentations.
• Produce digital and printed artwork aligned with Chelsea FC brand values.
• Assist design team with partner assets for TV backdrops, stadium signage, big-screen advertising, and digital communications.
• Research brand guidelines and ensure logos are correctly replicated in Chelsea FC presentations.
• Maintain image bank and ensure version control.
• Ensure sponsorship collateral and online messages are consistent with brand standards.
