Job summary

Hollywood Secret Service in Brighton is looking for a Junior Creative Designer & Visual Researcher to join our busy studio. You’ll help develop visual treatments and pitch-ready presentations for international clients, working closely with senior designers.

We value taste, curiosity and the willingness to learn. A strong portfolio and good knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop are a plus; graduates and early-career designers are encouraged to apply, with room to grow.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing layout and visual thinking.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
• Able to work quickly without compromising detail.
• Curious and eager to learn new references, tools and approaches.
• Organised with good file management and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Interpret scripts, briefs and creative conversations to find visual references.
• Design visually compelling pitch presentations and treatments.
• Develop treatments using typography, layout and imagery.
• Collaborate with the team and respond to feedback quickly.
• Maintain high visual standards across detailed presentations and assets.
