Role: Junior Designer/Artworker (Spaces & Stories and Services)

Reports into: Senior Designer

Location: Canary Wharf, London

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent (42.5 hours per week)

What we're looking for:

We're looking for a proactive and multi-skilled Junior Designer / Artworker to join our fast-paced Marketing & Design team. You'll help bring our brand to life across digital, print, motion, and experiential channels, supporting campaigns and brand-building initiatives across our corporate and entertainment portfolios.

This role blends creative design with production execution, and you'll be a key brand guardian, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our visual identity with precision, quality, and flair.

What you'll be responsible for:

Creative Asset Production

  • Design and artwork assets for digital, print, social, and motion campaigns.
  • Adapt existing creative templates and ensure final outputs meet specs and brand standards.


Brand Guardianship

  • Uphold and enforce brand guidelines across all departments and outputs.
  • Ensure consistency in logo usage, layout, colour, type, and tone - serving as the gatekeeper of visual brand integrity.


Campaign & Marketing Support

  • Work with the marketing team to deliver on-brand, high-impact creative for product launches, content series, events, and seasonal promotions.
  • Help translate campaign ideas into engaging visual formats that connect with audiences.


Template & Presentation Development

  • Build and maintain a suite of branded templates for decks, internal comms, and external pitch materials.
  • Support with creative layout and formatting for investor and client-facing content.


Motion Graphics & Video

  • Produce short-form video edits and motion graphics using After Effects or similar tools to support digital marketing and content teams.


Creative Research & Ideation

  • Contribute visual inspiration, trend research, and mood boards to support early-stage concepts and new brand development.


Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with colleagues in marketing, creative, and production to deliver against briefs, balancing creativity with timelines and technical accuracy.
  • Present your work clearly and professionally, and take feedback with openness and maturity.

You'll need to have:

  • 1-3 years of industry experience in a studio, agency, or in-house creative team.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, layout, campaign design, and creative thinking.
  • Confident across print, digital, and motion, with a solid grasp of file prep, formats, and delivery.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
  • A strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition.
  • A detail-obsessed eye, with the ability to spot errors before they go live
  • Excellent time management skills - able to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines calmly.
  • Experience presenting your work internally or externally.
  • An understanding of identity systems and how to build and apply them consistently.
  • Comfortable with constructive feedback, with a genuine desire to grow and improve.
  • Proven ability to self-motivate while working collaboratively in a team.
  • A strong desire to go the extra mile, with a pride in delivering high standards.
  • Experience working with AutoCAD layouts or architectural environments.
  • A good eye for photography, composition, and visual balance.

Nice to haves:

  • A relevant design degree or formal creative education.
  • Video editing experience beyond motion graphics (e.g. Premiere Pro).
  • Interest in 3D software (e.g. Blender, Cinema4D).
  • Basic understanding of or interest in web development (HTML/CSS).
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or collaborative platforms.
