Introduction
We are seeking an ambitious and innovative Junior Designer to take the lead on creating visually compelling design elements to elevate our ambitious programs for digital and event marketing.

By effectively employing core design principles to engage our community, you’ll play a pivotal role in reinforcing our online and offline brand presence and gravitas, whilst enjoying a multitude of growth and learning opportunities that come with working at an early stage, fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- You’ll formulate compelling graphics and design elements for our social posts on LinkedIn.
- You’ll create engaging website assets and branding materials to elevate our web presence.
- You’ll work with the marketing team to generate novel ideas to boost the breadth of our day-to-day marketing activities.
- You’ll ensure brand consistency is maintained across our full range of marketing materials.
- You’ll create a wide range of collateral for our client events attended by senior industry executives.
Core Skills
- You’ll have experience working in a professional environment as a designer or in a similar creative role.
- You’ll be trained in core design principles such as effective typography, layout and colour theory and have a portfolio that illustrates this.
- You’ll be very comfortable using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or InDesign on a day-to-day basis.
- You’ll possess a working knowledge of Figma.
- You’ll be highly attuned to brand image and tone of voice, ensuring our posts and brand assets are concordant with these.
- You’ll be able to refine designs based on feedback received from team members.
- You’ll value collaboration on projects and the sharing of objectives to reach an end goal.
- You’ll have an interest in serving a technical, specialist audience in the AI space.
- You’ll have some exposure to motion graphics or video editing (desirable).
- Interest in product design or design systems (desirable).
