Why this role exists

We are building a category-defining brand to help organizations adopt AI via upskilling. We seek an ambitious Junior Designer to join our Brand & Creative team, supporting all teams with creative and consistent design work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret briefs and deliver multiple projects.
• Create inspiring sales collateral for our Go-To-Market team.
• Develop engaging social media content across platforms.
• Act as a brand guardian, identifying opportunities to elevate customer touchpoints and marketing channels.

We'd love to hear from you if…

• You have at least 2 years of design experience with a portfolio demonstrating your work.
• You possess a creative growth mindset and strong multitasking skills.
• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Google Slides.
• You have strong verbal and visual communication skills.
• You have experience following brand guidelines and supporting strategic branding efforts.
• You understand composition, layouts, typography, and color, capable of delivering print-ready files.
• You are accustomed to collaborating in fast-paced environments, managing feedback effectively.
• You stay updated on industry trends and are passionate about branding and design.
• You have strong organizational skills and are familiar with collaboration tools like Slack.

Bonus points

While not essential, you might stand out more if you:

• Have experience with AI-first design tools and an interest in integrating AI into your workflow.
• Show curiosity through side projects, such as UX experiments or creative concepts.
• Bring experience in related areas like copywriting, motion graphics, video editing, or growth marketing.
• Have skills in After Effects & Premiere Pro.
• Can deeply understand user needs and system challenges.
