MarketCast UK is seeking a Junior Data Scientist to support analytical projects within our client-facing Data Science unit in the UK. You will analyse very large datasets, create bespoke client reports, explore new datasets and build algorithms to deliver services to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, CS or related field.
• Proficient in SQL, Python and Pandas.
• Ability to write Python code and build algorithms.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in TV/Media data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Explore and extract data from multiple sources to generate insights.
• Design and develop algorithms, programs and processes.
• Research, develop and test supervised and unsupervised models.
• Maintain and improve ML pipelines and products.
• Use Python, SQL and Streamlit for reporting on AWS data platform.
• Collaborate with India-based Data Engineering and US/UK Sales teams.
