Job summary

iwoca, a fast-growing fintech, is seeking a Junior Data Scientist for the Sales & Marketing Hybrid team in London. You will design experiments and build statistical models to shape how iwoca reaches new customers, mentored by a senior data scientist within a supportive data science community.

In this role you’ll contribute to experimentation and modelling, gain ownership over analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales and marketing to drive evidence-based decisions.

Qualifications

• Background in probability and statistics from a quantitative field.
• Curious about new methods and actively seeks better approaches.
• Able to evaluate model output and explain choices clearly.
