iwoca is seeking a Data Scientist to own experimentation and analytics for the Partner Flow channel. You will design experiments, model customer behaviour across the partner funnel, and turn findings into product and strategy decisions.

The role involves collaborating with commercial, strategy and product teams, extending the analytical approach as it evolves, and using AI to accelerate learning while delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Strong grounding in probability and statistics, with Bayesian reasoning.
• Experience applying hierarchical modelling or decision-making under uncertainty.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for decision makers.
• Proficiency with data manipulation and modelling tools.
• Experience with experiments and causal analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design experiments and analyse causal effects on the partner funnel.
• Analyse the full partner-referred customer journey and identify bottlenecks.
• Translate insights into product, strategy and policy decisions.
