Job summary

Kreston Reeves is seeking a Junior Data Quality & Reporting Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Canterbury. You will join the data team to deliver data quality initiatives, produce insightful reports and dashboards, and support colleagues with accurate data.

You'll work in a small, multi-location data team, collaborating with Marketing, Business Development and fee earners across the firm, performing data audits and supporting GDPR compliance while promoting best practice in data

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query and complex formulas.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support data quality and housekeeping initiatives to improve accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor, audit and report on data quality across key systems.
• Extract, analyse and interpret data from multiple sources for insights.
• Create, maintain and enhance regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Promote best practice in data management and GDPR compliance.
