Junior/ Data Operational Analyst - Care Industry
Salary: £25,000 to £27,000 DOE
Hybrid working/1 day a week in Paddington offices, likely to increase to 3 days

Our client is an SME procurement consultancy looking to grow their analytics offering through the creation of a Junior/ Data Operational Analyst. This role will involve working on a new area of their website and will be responsible for adding and maintaining their product catalogues to ensure the website is functional, accurate, and up to date. The role will own all product catalogues and will work with suppliers to maintain these. The Junior/ Data Operational Analyst will be a point of contact for issue resolution and onward triage of issues from users, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
The role requires a highly organised, process-driven individual, confident working with large volumes of data, with strong attention to detail and a proven track record in customer service.
You will have the opportunity to work in a small, supportive team developing your skills and business experience in this fast-growing career pathway. Experience of working with Excel is a requirement, whilst experience of databases and data visualisation tools is desirable, but training can be given.
