Job summary

SF EXPRESS (EUROPE) is seeking a Junior Customs Operator to support daily import and export customs clearance activities in the UK, working with customers and operational partners to ensure compliance with UK regulations. You will handle declarations, data entry, payments, and reporting, building strong coordination with warehouses, agents and carriers.

Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, with good English and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving and attention to detail.
MS Office and Excel proficiency.
Strong English communication; Chinese language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Handle daily import and export customs declarations and related documentation.
Organise customs clearance data and complete system entry accurately.
Manage customs duty and tax reconciliation, including tax statements and payments.
Communicate with customers regarding documentation and clearance requirements.
Follow up on inspections and resolve clearance issues.
Coordinate with customers, warehouses, agents, carriers and other stakeholders.
Prepare customs-related reports and operational solutions.
Support projects related to customs operations.
Ensure activities comply with UK regulations and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
