Responsibilities

• Receive documents and prepare customs entries in customs software.
• Understand Import & export SOPs and ensure timely data entry.
• Ensure timely customs clearance and communicate with customers.
• Adhere to applicable customs regulations and customer instructions.
• Verify documentation matches shipment details and resolve discrepancies.
• Record communications in shipment files and use tools to identify improvements.
