Job summary

Arla Foods in Leeds is seeking a Junior Culinary Lead (12 month FTC) to support the UK Foodservice team with culinary innovation and commercial exposure. You will work with the UK Culinary Lead Chef to develop recipes, deliver customer demonstrations and identify industry food trends across the UK market.

The role involves regular UK travel and overnight stays, with structured training, mentoring and ongoing support to grow into a future culinary leader within Arla.

Qualifications

• Qualified chef or culinary professional early in your career.
• Recognised culinary qualification and professional kitchen experience.
• Passion for food and eagerness to develop commercially.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and support Key Account Managers across UK Foodservice channels.
• Deliver engaging customer experiences through presentations, tastings and meetings showcasing Arla portfolio.
• Support culinary innovation via product testing, recipe development and trends gathering.
• Represent the business at trade shows and customer visits to bring the Foodservice strategy to life.
• Collaborate across teams to create content and deepen product knowledge for commercial operations.
