Job summary

CBC Recruitment Solutions is seeking a junior credit risk/financial analyst to join its UK head office credit team near Uttoxeter. The role involves gathering financial information for reviews, performing financial analysis and supporting facility applications for major customers.

The candidate will analyze financial statements, credit reports and other data to assess creditworthiness, monitor credit lines, and identify early warning signs of deterioration while ensuring compliance with policies

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in credit risk or financial analysis in a commercial environment.
• Ability to analyse financial statements, credit reports, and other data to evaluate creditworthiness.
• Understanding of credit lines.
• Ability to identify early warning signs of credit deterioration and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage process of obtaining financial information for account reviews and new client reviews.
• Undertake financial analysis and provide feedback for major credit line customers and support Sales in producing Applications for Facilities.
• Liaise with stakeholders across the wider business.
• Work with the Credit team to develop efficiencies.
• Develop data sets to illustrate benchmarks for performance across sectors to support quality of analysis.
