Qualifications

• Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or relevant experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with NEC/JCT contracts is advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and standard IT systems.
• Eager to learn and progress within a commercial team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering subcontracts, including payments.
• Support cost tracking, reporting, and forecasting activities.
• Prepare valuations and applications for payment.
• Maintain commercial records and documentation.
• Contribute to tender and procurement document preparation.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams to support delivery.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procedures.
