The Role

We are looking for a highly creative Junior Content Creator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a keen eye for aesthetics, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for developing engaging content across multiple platforms for both our clients and our company.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Produce high-quality photo, video, and graphic content for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Social Media Management: Assist in managing and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Creative Strategy: Support the ideation and execution of creative campaigns for Rom Com Entertainment and our clients.
• Video Editing & Design: Edit short-form videos, reels, and stories using apps like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro.
• Copywriting: Craft engaging captions, blog posts, and social media copy tailored to different audiences.
• Trend Research: Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, pop culture moments, and industry insights to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with talent and brands to bring their visions to life through compelling content.
• Brand Outreach & Collaborations: Identify and reach out to brands for potential collaborations, negotiating opportunities that align with our clients.
• On-Site & Behind-the-Scenes Content: Capture content at events, photoshoots, and brand activations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field (internships included).
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube content trends.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
• A passion for digital storytelling, entertainment, and brand marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Photography and videography experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.
