The London School Of Economics' Talent Incubator, inspired by our award-winning think tank, is launching a 0-100 inter-university initiative. We are partnering with notable organizations and sports teams to create engaging content across various platforms. Our team includes interns from bulge bracket firms, government, and the third sector, covering stories on diverse topics such as travel, culture, and lifestyle. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds, including EB's, MBB, the Magnificent 7, Big 4, and changemakers, to showcase their talents and creativity. Our goal is to build a continuous pipeline of content, and we are seeking passionate individuals eager to brainstorm and contribute.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality content for YouTube videos and shorts, adaptable for Instagram and TikTok.
• Represent your culture or background as a proud ambassador, promoting social cohesion globally.

Implied Tasks

• Identify and showcase your unique talents, whether in sports, arts, music, academics, or other fields.
• Develop and realize a creative idea or vision to engage a large audience.
• Produce videos such as vlogs, walkthroughs, or entertainment pieces to bring your idea to life.
• Tell coherent and concise stories, ensuring clarity and engagement.
• Edit your content to meet quality standards and adhere to copyright and platform guidelines.
• Submit your work for review and upload in accordance with the Talent Incubator's standards and social media policies.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Genuine personality and passion for connecting with an audience through creative work.
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or CapCut.
• Currently enrolled in university or college; consideration for apprentices or vocational learners.
• Technical skills in a talent area you wish to showcase, demonstrating your expertise and dedication.

Compensation

Incentives are based on a piece-rate structure, to be discussed during recruitment.
