Rise Technical Recruitment in Exeter is seeking a Junior Condition Surveyor to join a well-established multidisciplinary property consultancy. You will focus on condition surveys, carry out site inspections, and contribute to reports across public and private sectors.

The role offers hybrid working between the Exeter office, home and project sites, APC and Chartership support, and a clear path to Chartered Surveyor and director-level progression.

Qualifications

• Building Surveying or Condition Surveying experience.
• Experience producing reports and technical documentation.
• Some knowledge of contract administration and project delivery.
• AutoCAD experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out condition surveys across a varied property portfolio.
• Preparing reports, specifications and tender documentation.
• Supporting contract administration duties.
• Assisting with project delivery from inception through to completion.
• Undertaking site inspections across Devon and Somerset.
• Hybrid working between the Exeter office, home and project sites.
• Receiving structured APC and Chartership support.
