Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Junior Building Surveyor in Exeter with hybrid working and APC support. You will gain hands-on project experience across public and private sector developments from day one, contributing to a wide range of building surveying tasks.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have Building Surveying experience and be working towards Chartership.
• Strong background in producing specifications and contract documentation.
• Experience with contract administration and project delivery will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Building Surveying projects from inception through to completion
• Producing specifications, drawings and tender documentation
• Contract administration and project delivery support
• Preparing project estimates and feasibility studies
• Site inspections across Devon and Somerset
• Planning and Building Control applications
• Hybrid working between office, home and project sites
