Rise Technical Recruitment Limited are seeking a Junior Condition Surveyor (APC Support) to join a growing property consultancy in Exeter. You will carry out condition surveys, produce reports, and gain APC and Chartership support as part of your development.
You will work across a varied portfolio across public and private sector clients with hybrid working between the Exeter office, site visits and home working, plus structured training and clear career progression towards Director level.

In this role, you will primarily focus on condition surveys while also supporting wider Building Surveying projects. You will carry out site inspections, prepare reports and specifications, assist with contract administration, contribute to project delivery and gain valuable experience across the full project lifecycle while receiving structured APC support.
The ideal candidate will have some Building Surveying or Condition Surveying experience, strong technical knowledge and a genuine desire to continue developing professionally.
