Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited are seeking a Junior Condition Surveyor (APC Support) to join a growing property consultancy in Exeter. You will carry out condition surveys, produce reports, and gain APC and Chartership support as part of your development.

You will work across a varied portfolio across public and private sector clients with hybrid working between the Exeter office, site visits and home working, plus structured training and clear career progression towards Director level.

Qualifications

Experience in Building Surveying or Condition Surveys.
Ability to produce reports and technical documentation.
Knowledge of contract administration and project delivery is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Carrying out condition surveys across a varied property portfolio.
Preparing reports, specifications and tender documentation.
Supporting contract administration duties.
Assisting with project delivery from inception through to completion.
Undertaking site inspections across Devon and Somerset.
Hybrid working between the Exeter office, home and project sites.
Receiving structured APC and Chartership support.

The ideal candidate will have some Building Surveying or Condition Surveying experience, strong technical knowledge and a genuine desire to continue developing professionally.
