Junior Compliance Assistant

Award-winning media and commercial law firm seeks to hire a Junior Compliance Assistant to join their busy finance team in London on a permanent basis.

• Salary up to £30,000
• Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days remote)

We are looking for a candidate with at least 6 months’ experience working within a London law firm, specifically handling AML processes and onboarding procedures.

• Researching and verifying the identities of clients, beneficial owners, and third-party payors.
• Locating and obtaining company incorporation or regulatory information for clients and beneficial owners across all international offices.
• Monitoring the firm’s risk and compliance related to AML/CTF/KYC checks.
• Maintaining an internal AML database with CDD information about the firm’s clients and other relevant parties.
• Reviewing conflict checks.

Minimum requirements include at least 6 months’ AML experience from a law firm environment.
