Job Role

• Handling a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and landlord & tenant matters
• Assisting with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating leases, licenses, and agreements for lease
• Advising clients on property aspects of corporate transactions, including share and asset sales
• Conducting due diligence, reviewing title documents, searches, and enquiries
• Assisting with secured lending and real estate finance transactions
• Dealing with development matters, including site acquisitions and infrastructure agreements
• Advising on property management, lease renewals, rent reviews, and licenses
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals to facilitate transactions
• Supporting business development and client relationship management

Knowledge And Skills

• 0-4 years PQE with experience in commercial property law
• Understanding of landlord and tenant law, acquisitions and disposals, and real estate finance
• Strong research, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and meet deadlines
• Proactive problem-solving approach
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Enthusiasm for networking and business development
