Job summary

Muehlhan Wind Service is seeking a Junior Commercial Manager – Manpower to support sales growth and territory planning within our Speciality Services team. You will help manage the sales cycle, coordinate internal resources, and contribute to commercial strategies.

The role emphasizes customer relationships, proposals, tenders, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, global wind energy environment with a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting commercial projects, client accounts, and sales activities.
• Knowledge of business/project lifecycle, sales processes, market insight, and regional regulations.
• Experience of problem-solving, decision-making, and results-oriented execution.
• Attention to detail, effective communication, and client-focused mindset.
• Exposure to tender and contract management and stakeholder engagement.
• Motivated by working in a fast-paced industry and making decisions within tight deadlines.
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of territory and account sales plans to help achieve sales targets under guidance from senior commercial team members.
• Assist in managing the sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, opportunity progression, and supporting deal closure within assigned Business Units.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, acting as a dependable point of contact and supporting senior team members in account management.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders such as Operations, QHSE, Legal, and Project Support to support complex sales opportunities and proposals.
• Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including pre-calculations, proposals, tenders, forecasts, and pipeline updates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to sales, marketing, and business development initiatives by gathering market intelligence, monitoring competitors, and supporting service expansion opportunities.
