Job summary

Muehlhan Wind Service is seeking a Junior Commercial Manager to support sales growth by assisting territory and account planning, managing the sales cycle, and coordinating internal resources to progress opportunities.

You will help build customer relationships, support proposals, tenders, and negotiations, maintain accurate pipelines, and contribute to commercial strategies and forecasting in a fast-paced, global energy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting commercial projects, client accounts, and sales activities.
• Knowledge of business lifecycle, sales processes, market insight, and regional regulations.
• Experience in problem-solving, decision-making, and results-focused execution.
• Attention to detail, strong communication, and client-oriented mindset.
• Exposure to tender and contract management and stakeholder engagement.
• Motivated by fast-paced industry and tight deadlines.
• High interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Ability to work in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of territory and account sales plans to help achieve sales targets under guidance from senior commercial team members.
• Assist in managing the sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, opportunity progression, and supporting deal closure within assigned Business Units.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, acting as a dependable contact and supporting senior team members in account management.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to support complex sales opportunities and proposals.
• Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including pre-calculations, proposals, tenders, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Contribute to sales, marketing, and business development by gathering market intelligence and monitoring competitors.
