Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust invites applications for a SHO post in Vascular Surgery. As a Junior Clinical Fellow, you'll work at St Mary’s Hospital and be part of a dynamic team, enhancing your skills in surgery while engaging in research initiatives. The position includes a fixed-term contract with opportunities for professional development and patient care interaction.
This post will be based at St Mary’s Hospital and may include cross-site working.
The successful candidate will work at the middle grade level as a FY2 Junior Clinical Fellow, with previous experience in Surgery and a desire to further develop their knowledge and skills in this area.
Applicants must be eligible for registration or hold full registration with the GMC and will be expected to participate in a 1:9 on-call rota. They should have the ability to organise and manage outpatient priorities, surgical waiting lists, operating lists, and rotas, and demonstrate strong communication and teamworking skills.
The department has a growing quality improvement, research, and audit unit, with active encouragement for involvement in research.
