A leading company is seeking two Client Account Managers to nurture client relationships and ensure satisfaction. This role involves training clients and addressing their concerns while traveling to various sites. Ideal for early-career professionals eager to grow in a supportive environment.
We are recruiting for TWO CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGERS to join our operations team, with one role based in Brighton (South) and the other in Halifax (North). These positions offer a 50-50 mix of home/office and client site work. Please note: there will be significant travel to our offices during the first few months, so flexibility is key.
As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible value from our services. This is not a sales role but a customer relationship position. Your primary responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing training, and offering solutions to any issues they encounter.
Working hours are 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional evening support may be required for client events, always with prior notice.
You will report to the Senior Account Manager and collaborate closely with the operations team to deliver excellent service. This role is vital for client satisfaction and retention.
