The successful candidate will engage in detailed engineering drawings, work with the engineering team, and visit sites to observe build processes and health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with housebuilders or engineering consultancy environments.
• Experience in construction or property development settings.
• Proficiency in civil engineering design software such as InfoDrainage or Site 3D.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed engineering drawings and designs to support planning applications and construction.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team from site acquisition through to completion.
• Inspect works on site and respond to engineering queries during construction.
