THE NICI Collection is seeking a Junior Chef – Kitchen Team to join our busy kitchen in the United Kingdom. This role is ideal for someone starting their culinary career who wants to learn from an experienced team and develop their cooking skills.

You will help with food preparation, improve your techniques, and contribute to delivering high-quality food across our outlets while following food safety and hygiene procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen is welcome but not essential.
• Positive, hardworking attitude and team focus.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and plating across the kitchen.
• Follow recipes to ensure consistent dishes and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your station for service.
• Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and storage.
