Rick Stein Restaurants in Cornwall is seeking a motivated CommisChef to join our kitchen team. If you’re at the start of your chef career, love great ingredients and want to learn from experienced chefs in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll work across kitchen sections, prepare fresh ingredients to specification, follow recipes and food safety standards, and help with stock rotation and general organisation. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsabilités

• Support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes.

• Follow recipes, food safety and hygien standards at all times.
• Assist with stock rotation, deliveries and kitchen organisation.
• Work closely with senior chefs to develop skills and confidence.
