The QHotels Collection in Ashford, Kent, is looking for aspiring cooks to join our kitchen team as a junior cook under the supervision of a Chef De Partie. You’ll learn the basics on the job while assisting in all sections and steadily developing practical skills.

• You will do food preparation and basic cooking under the supervision of a Chef De Partie. Quickly learn the basics on the job whilst assisting in all sections of the kitchen operation as well as continuing to find new ways to learn and develop your skills both in and outside the kitchen.
