Your key responsibilities as the Chef de Partie will include:

• Provide efficient, quality service while maintaining high standards of customer care and cleanliness in all areas.
• Ensure food preparation, presentation, and service meet company standards, maintaining portion and quality control.
• Handle complaints professionally, follow procedures, and ensure incidents are reported in line with regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date product/menu knowledge, assist in menu planning, and control food stocks within budget.
• Jointly deputise in the absence of the Head Chef, supporting kitchen management and ensuring smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety regulations, and complete required administrative tasks accurately.

Working Pattern: 40 Hours
