The Gleneagles Hotel is seeking a Junior Chef de Partie to join our Culinary team. Base salary £35,856 plus an estimated £7,000 in gratuities and service charge, giving an on target earning potential of £42,856 per annum on a 46-hour contract.

• You may already have your City and Guilds Qualified 706/1 706/2 or an equivalent, although we value attitude over skill; more importantly, you will want to gain experience within a quality driven environment
• Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
• You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
• A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
