Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager in the UK to oversee CASS controls and ensure compliance with FCA client assets rules. You will partner with Operations, Risk and Compliance to safeguard client assets and strengthen control environments.

The role requires 2+ years of experience as an analyst in financial services, awareness of CASS 6/7, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. SQL and Python experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator.
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent data analysis skills
• A willingness to continuously develop and improve your expertise

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily CASS controls
• Liaising with 1LoD Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Reviewing client complaints and operational risk incidents for CASS impact
• Overseeing CASS incident action plans
• Managing the team's meeting governance
