Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to strengthen the FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) controls and governance within its fast-growing compliance function. You will partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to safeguard client assets and ensure regulatory adherence across daily activities.

The role requires prior experience in financial services risk, strong data analysis, and the ability to manage tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator.
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7.
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• Willingness to continuously develop and improve your expertise.

We're looking for a Business Compliance Manager to ensure we maintain the highest standards of compliance with the FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS).

As part of the first line of defence, you'll partner closely with Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to safeguard customer and custody assets, and strengthen our control environment.
