Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Junior Cash Analyst to join the Treasury team. You will manage multiple bank accounts, ensure cash transactions are processed accurately and reconciled, and support daily treasury duties across several companies.

The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to communicate across all levels. Experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus, and the team offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be advantageous.
• Highly adaptable with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate across all levels both internally and externally.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Fluent in English both verbally and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure and with an enthusiastic approach.
• Good Excel skills including SUMIFS, VLOOKUPs and pivot tables; comfortable learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Electronically download bank statements for a large number of companies.
• Run a programme to match store takings to cash deposited on the bank statements.
• Follow up internally and with the cash centres on any missing cash or discrepancies.
• Raise supplier and other payments via various methods.
• Post other cash received, charges and any other entries on the statements to the accounting system.
• Reconcile bank statements on a daily and monthly basis.
• Assist with other cash and bank related matters.

The Role

Working within the Treasury team, the Junior Cash Analyst will be responsible for managing a number of bank accounts and ensuring cash transactions are accurately processed and reconciled.

• Electronically downloading bank statements for a large number of companies
• Running a programme to match store takings to cash deposited on the bank statements
• Following up internally and with the cash centres on any missing cash or discrepancies

• Posting other cash received, charges and any other entries on the statements to the accounting system
• Reconciling bank statements on a daily and monthly basis
• Various other cash and bank related matters
