Teads, a leading omnichannel advertising platform, is seeking a Junior Campaign Management Coordinator in Manchester to support day-to-day execution, delivery, and optimisation of managed service campaigns. You will work under CX Managers to ensure accurate setup, timely launches, and close monitoring to meet client objectives.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Ad Operations or Campaign Management, with hands-on experience in digital campaigns and familiarity with DSPs and ad servers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Programmatic Operations.
• Hands-on digital campaign execution across display, video, or programmatic.
• Familiarity with DSPs, ad servers, and measurement tools preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in end-to-end setup, QA, launch, monitoring, and optimisation of campaigns.
• Ensure campaigns align with media plans, IOs, and client objectives.
• Conduct QA on budgets, targeting, flight dates, and creative implementation.
• Monitor delivery and pacing daily and escalate risks to CX Managers.
• Support basic optimisation actions and targeting updates under guidance.
• Assist in updating budgets, creatives, and flight adjustments.
• Support reporting validation with third-party measurement partners.
• Troubleshoot delivery or creative issues with Product, Studio, and partners.
• Maintain internal documentation and campaign tracking processes.
