What will you be doing?
As a Junior CAD Technician within the Architectural Team, you will support the design and development of projects by producing technical drawings for construction and refurbishment. You will collaborate with the Building and Project Consultancy Team and other professionals to create detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
You will attend sites across the UK to undertake measured surveys, producing survey drawings including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit is advantageous. Training will be provided if needed.
Attention to Detail: Ability to produce accurate, error-free technical drawings under supervision.
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for liaising with team members and clients.
Qualifications: A minimum of HNC/HND in CAD or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Organisation: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve design issues efficiently.
Education: A degree or diploma in an architectural-related field with CAD experience is preferred but not essential.
