Job summary

Adams Multilingual Recruitment is assisting a UK subsidiary of a global food brand to build a procurement function. We are seeking a Junior Buyer / Procurement Officer to own the purchasing process for orders with overseas manufacturing, five days per week onsite in Wimbledon.

You will drive SAP-based procurement, coordinate with sales, logistics and finance, and help formalise SCM processes in the UK. 3–4 years of buying experience and strong Excel skills are expected; fluency in English is

Qualifications

• English fluency required (written and spoken).
• 3–4 years hands-on buying/procurement experience.
• Proven SAP experience for order management and documentation.
• Five days onsite in the Wimbledon office.
• Strong Excel skills and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own the purchasing process for orders with overseas manufacturing in line with global agreements.
• Drive full procurement cycle from order to receipt, using SAP.
• Maintain audit trail of procurement activity.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics and finance to align procurement with business needs.
• Support SCM process development for the UK entity.
